Airhub Aviation selects MRO-PRO for line maintenance

In advance of its exhibitor debut at MRO Europe in Amsterdam, AI-driven aircraft maintenance software specialist, MRO-PRO, has announced the addition of Airhub Aviation, a subsidiary of Lithuania-based GetJet Group, to its expanding customer portfolio.

By adopting MRO-PRO, Airhub Aviation will gain access to a centralised digital environment designed to support the management and coordination of its line maintenance operation, bringing greater visibility, automation and commercial value to the MRO process.

The new agreement further strengthens MRO-PRO’s growing presence across the aviation MRO market, whilst highlighting the increasing demand for intelligent digital tools, that can simplify maintenance planning, improve operational visibility and reduce administrative workload.

Commenting on the new partnership with Airhub Aviation, Scott Wells, founder and managing director of MRO-PRO, said:

“Airhub Aviation is an important addition to the MRO-PRO customer community and further demonstrates the relevance of our Maintenance Intelligence Learning Engine across the MRO space.  Aircraft checks generate huge volumes of information, much of it still requiring manual handling. Our focus is on using AI to make that information more accessible and actionable, while removing repetitive administrative tasks from engineering and maintenance teams.”

Romas Žakys, Chief Technical Officer at Airhub Aviation commented:

“We are pleased to start our cooperation with MRO-PRO, a provider that is actively developing its solutions while remaining closely attentive to the needs of its clients. We believe that one of the key strengths of the software is its AI integration, and we expect this new tool to help us further improve the efficiency of our operations. We look forward to using MRO-PRO’s software to accelerate and streamline our processes, support our long-term goals, and contribute to the continued growth of Airhub Aviation.”

As part of its continued product development, MRO-PRO is also expanding its AI-driven software platform with two new capabilities: a dedicated Customer Portal and an Intelligent Workpack Import (IWI) function.

The new Customer Portal provides a dedicated digital interface to access relevant maintenance information and collaborate more efficiently. Aimed at improving communication and transparency between MRO providers and their customers, the Portal gives users greater visibility of work in progress and associated documentation, without relying on fragmented communication channels.

Alongside the Portal, MRO-PRO is launching its new Intelligent Workpack Import function. Using AI-driven document processing designed to extract and structure relevant information from incoming workpacks, IWI reduces the need for manual data entry and enables MROs to turn unstructured documentation into usable digital data.

“Intelligent Workpack Import is a good example of where we see AI delivering immediate practical value,” added Scott Wells. “Rather than asking maintenance organisations to change the way they produce or receive documentation, we are using AI to understand that information and bring it directly into the digital workflow.”

The two new capabilities form part of MRO-PRO’s ongoing development strategy, with the company continuing to expand the platform around automation, AI-assisted workflows and improved collaboration between MRO organisations and their customers.
